Really cool appearance, BUT i am missing a backend administration! A place where the ToolTips are managed and stored in one place. Sooner or later, the direct input in the article leads to multiple and redundant input. And the amount of taping is too much for the average user. The BOT could fetch the entry by title, Keyword or its ID.

A frontend submission of the text entries would made it absoluetly perfect and would turn it into a real glossary component! Any chance in the future?

It looks too cool to serve as a "tooltip"-only ;-)
